COLIN GILMOUR Architecture is a small Architectural Practice based in the town of Selkirk in the heart of the Scottish Borders.
The practice draws work from a variety of sectors (Private Residential, Industrial, Commercial) and undertakes a range of projects in size, from small alterations and extensions (£10,000 to £100,000), to medium sized new build and refurbishment works. (£50,000 to £500,000)
Colin Gilmour has extensive experience in the design, planning, and project management of small and medium sized projects and can offer clients a personal and accessible service in order to ensure a fulfilling and rewarding experience for all.
The practice offers a range of services tailored to each individual client, including initial project feasibility studies, Planning & Building Warrant drawing submissions, and full contract administration and management.
